Cap and Gown Ordering for Seniors – 2024-2025 School Year
Graduation is right around the corner! To ensure that every senior has their cap, gown, and other graduation attire ready for the big day, we have set up a simple ordering process for all students planning to graduate in the 2024-2025 school year.
Please read through the following information carefully to ensure that you order your cap and gown on time and are prepared for the ceremony.
How to Order Your Cap and Gown

Order Period:
The official ordering window for cap and gown packages will be open from 2/3/25 to 4/18/2025. Orders should be placed by the deadline to guarantee delivery before the May graduation ceremony.

How to Order:
Place your order via Google Form. Please make sure to fill out all fields.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of pickup. $50 cash is our only available payment option.
*If you are unable to pay with cash, please speak with Ms. Esqueda directly to discuss another payment option.
Important Deadlines and Pricing
- All orders must be placed by 4/18/2025 to guarantee timely delivery.
- Late Orders: Orders placed after the deadline may incur a late fee, and there is a chance that your cap and gown may not arrive in time for the ceremony. To avoid delays, please order by the deadline.
Picking Up Your Cap and Gown
- Distribution: Cap and gown orders will be distributed to students at our Senior BBQ when orders come in.
- Location: Caps and gowns will be available for pick-up at Wildhorse Elementary School during our Senior BBQ event on MAY 14TH.
Miss Pick-Up? If you missed the pick-up day, you will need to communicate with Ms. Esqueda for an available date or time to arrange pick-up.

Q: What if I need a larger or smaller size for my gown?
A: The ordering form allows you to choose your size based on height and weight. If you have any special sizing needs, please make sure to note that in the ordering form.
Q: Can I order a cap and gown if I haven't paid all my senior fees?
A: You must be in good standing with your school fees to order your cap and gown. The front office will ensure that your account is clear and your Chromebook is turned in.
Q: Can I return or exchange my cap and gown if it doesn’t fit?
A: Returns and exchanges are typically not allowed once the cap and gown are ordered, so please be sure to check sizing carefully when placing your order. If you are still needing assistance after receiving the incorrect size, please reach out to our Sr. Admin, Ms. Esqueda.
Q: What if I miss the ordering deadline?
A: Late orders can be placed directly with Ms. Esqueda ASAP, but please note there may be an additional fee for late ordering, and delivery may be delayed. It’s always best to order by the deadline to avoid any complications.
