Senior Picture Day Information

Date & Time:
Senior Picture Day will be held on 10/10/2025. Students are required to arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled time in order to stay on schedule. Please be on time so that everyone can be photographed without delays.

Location:
Pictures will be taken in the Library (D124). Please check in at the front office upon arrival. Look for signs and staff to guide you to the right spot when you arrive.

What to Expect During Senior Picture Day

  1. Arrival: Upon arriving, check in with the staff to confirm your time slot and get ready for your photo.
  2. The Photo: The photographer will guide you through a series of poses. Don’t worry about being nervous; they will direct you every step of the way!
  3. Pose Choices: You will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of poses. The photographer will take multiple shots to ensure you get the best angle and expression.
  4. No Long Waits: We’ve created a smooth, efficient process to ensure that everyone’s picture is taken on time. Please follow your scheduled slot time to avoid delays.

 


Ordering Your Senior Photos

Once your photos are taken, you will be provided with instructions on how to view and order your pictures online. LifeTouch will send out proofs to your email address within 24 hours. This will allow you to select your favorites and place your order directly through their secure website.

Packages: There will be 2 photo packages available. Be sure to check out the different options when placing your order!

Payment: Payment will be online only.


Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: What happens if I miss Senior Picture Day?
A: Unfortunately, this is the only date we can offer to students for Senior Pictures. There will be no retakes or personal scheduling offered.

Q: Can I bring a friend/ family member for my senior picture?
A: Senior Picture Day is individual, but will allow one or two family members to be there with them during their scheduled session.

Q: Can I change my clothes?
A: Yes, you can bring an extra outfit and change before your photo session. However, please note that you will only have a limited amount of time, so plan accordingly.

Q: Am I able to take other pictures that are not offered? 
A: we will be offering the prestige package which will contain 3-4 headshot pictures of students with the tux & drape. The other option will be 3-5 pictures of students in their cap & gown for an additional $10.

Q: How long will it take for my photos to be ready?
A: Photos are typically ready to view within 24 hours after Senior Picture Day. You will receive an email notification when proofs are available for review.

Cap and Gown Ordering for Seniors – 2024-2025 School Year

Graduation is right around the corner! To ensure that every senior has their cap, gown, and other graduation attire ready for the big day, we have set up a simple ordering process for all students planning to graduate in the 2024-2025 school year.

Please read through the following information carefully to ensure that you order your cap and gown on time and are prepared for the ceremony.

Graduation Ceremony Information – 2024-2025

We’re excited to celebrate the Class of 2024-2025’s milestone achievement! Below are the essential details for the upcoming Graduation Ceremony. Please read through all the information to ensure that you, your family, and your guests are fully prepared for this special event.


Graduation Ceremony Date and Location

  • Date: 01/17/2025
  • Time: The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 A.M. We ask that students arrive at 7:45/8:00 A.M. so that we can make sure they are in order. Parents and families, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time to allow time for seating and final preparations.

    Manor, TX 78653

Seating Details:
The graduation ceremony will be held in the cafeteria. The amount of guests per graduate is still TBD and will be updated soon.


Important Reminders for Graduates

  1. Arrival Time for Graduates:
    Graduates should arrive by 7:45/8:00 A.M. for check-in and to line up for the ceremony. Be sure to wear your cap, gown, and tassel as these will be required to participate in the ceremony.

  2. Parking Information:
    Parking will be available in the front and back of the school. Please carpool if possible to avoid congestion.

  3. Grad Attire:
    Please remember to wear appropriate clothing beneath your cap and gown. We recommend business casual or formal attire (collared shirt, dress, slacks, etc.).

  4. Diplomas:
    Diplomas will be distributed as graduates exit the stage. If you have any outstanding school fees, please clear them with the school office before the ceremony. Diplomas will not be distributed until all financial obligations are settled.

  5. Photography:
    The district photographer will be onsite to take pictures of graduates. Any photos of your graduate that are taken will be uploaded into a drive and distributed to students' families. Please make sure to fill out the Student Graduation Information Form with the name and personal email address of the individual who should receive the photos.

Q: How long will the ceremony last?
A: The ceremony is expected to last approximately 1 hour, depending on the number of graduates. Please plan accordingly.

Q: Can I bring a stroller or large bags?
A: Depending on class size we ask that guests refrain from bringing strollers or large bags into the ceremony space. Small personal items like purses are allowed.

Q: Will there be food available?
A: We will offer a selected amount of snacks and drinks, but we recommend having a meal before the ceremony. You may also want to bring a water bottle for yourself.
